Great product. I used this company in the past and recommended them to around 200 people as the customer service was amazing and product was amazing. My first experience was how I believe every company should be run, everything was great.

I ordered again recently ( nearly 3 years later) and it seems things aren't as good. I received an e-mail with a 20% offer that was only applicable by phone and not online. By phone the quote was more expensive than going direct online even with the 20% off so it seems like a fake offer. The salesman said you know how it is, it's sales which annoyed me to be honest. The price dropped dramatically once I refused to go ahead with the order, I think I was being taken advantage of as it seemed it would have been a guaranteed order as I'd used them before.

Even after accepting the new quote, I could have gone elsewhere and got the leveller much cheaper even after the improved quote but It was easier for me to order from one place.

It looks like I've even been charged next day delivery when there's standard free delivery available for it when I'd explained that I don't even need it for a month so there's no rush. So obviously not listening to customers needs and trying to bump the price up where ever possible. Even on the Trustpilot write up done by the company itself it says 'FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Order before 3pm for free next working day delivery in the UK Mainland.' so why have I been charged?

I like honest companies and I'm not so sure anymore since this experience. I won't be recommending again. Not a good experience

UPDATE: Thanks for the phone call, refund and reply. For clarity, the 20% discount didn't relate to Prowarm items so would be unaffected by the online discount, they still came out more expensive than your online normal prices.
I'll accept the 2 discounts shouldn't have been running at the same time and it was a mistake but my comment stands that I was quoted higher prices than the websites normal prices even though I was given a 20% discount

Great service and the staff very helpful, The goods were received very quickly.

First time order. Delivered to our billing address and NOT site address as order confirmation confirmed.

Completely uninterested in rectifying the issue resulting in added cost and delay in completing the job.

Better to have paid a little more from a trusted supplier.

Ordered Thursday evening....paid for express next day delivery,expecting it to arrive Saturday for a job i was booked to do.....arrived Monday lunch time....not what i would class as good service !?
